20-year mattresses: Exchange old mattresses for new ones

For 8 successive years since 2003, KYMDAN has held the program “Expressing Thanks” nationwide for 3 months from June 1 through August 31, 2010 for customers who have had KYMDAN mattresses and lounge suites.

- For customers who have used and preserved KYMDAN mattresses properly for 10 years or more:

• Customers who have used and preserved KYMDAN mattresses properly for 20 years or more will be given new mattresses of the same specification in exchange for their old ones (elastic mattress covers included) and a 5% coupon.
• Customers who have used and preserved KYMDAN mattresses properly from 10 years to under 20 years will be given one KYMDAN pillow (including pillow, elastic inside cover, cotton outside cover, all packaged in a box labeled “Expressing Thanks in 2010”) and a 5% coupon.

 
- For customers who are using KYMDAN lounge suites:

• KYMDAN not only focuses on customers of mattresses, but also on customers of KYMDAN lounge suites, a popular item with diverse and abundant designs, colors and durability. To improve the quality of customer care service, this year’s free lounge suite laundry program differs from that of previous years. The program now has nationwide scope instead of being limited to Ho Chi Minh City.
  
• A free lounge suite cleaning card and a 5% coupon will be given to customers who are using KYMDAN lounge suites (applies to customers who buy a full lounge suite, KYMDAN bedding lounge suite, relaxation chairs but does not apply to customers who buy a lounge suite component or single chair or salon stool).
  
• Customers who are using KYMDAN lounge suites should contact the company from June 1 through August 31 2010 for product information. Customers who receive free lounge suite cleaning cards need to register the cleaning date with the Sales and Marketing Department – KYMDAN Company or KYMDAN’s domestic branches from June 1, 2010 through October 31, 2010.
• Period of lounge suite laundry for customers: From the date of registration through December 31, 2010.

After sale programs need to be increased

 
The program “Thay lời cảm ơn” (“Expressing Thanks”) is held annually by KYMDAN to show its gratitude to customers who have trusted and used KYMDAN mattresses for many years. In addition to its product warranty policy, KYMDAN’s after sale programs prioritize consumer interests and encourage customers to preserve and maintain products in order to participate in promotional and after sale programs.

For years, the program has won customer confidence, implemented the company’s customer care policy, affirmed product quality and shown KYMDAN’s commitment to customers to be absolutely truthful: “With warranty duration of six years and product life of over 25 years, use of KYMDAN products is effective and economical.”

This after-sales program has a significant social value that helps raise awareness of saving and encourages customers to use and maintain products as guided by the manufacturer so as to increase product life and provide economic advantages through lowering consumer shopping costs. Standing side by side with consumers, KYMDAN always tries to increase product life to help consumers save. This is a respectable policy that has high community education value and high social benefit.

Some regulations in the program “Expressing Thanks”

- Customers who participated in the program “Expressing Thanks” in previous years may not participate in this year’s program. However, those customers may still exchange an old mattress for a new one if the current mattress has been used for 20 years prior to 2010.
 
- Customers within the scope of the program will register at the product distribution system of KYMDAN, including KYMDAN Company, its branches inside and outside of the country or its stores, dealers and satellite dealers.
 

- After verification, the company will exchange old mattresses for new ones and provide customers with coupons (for mattresses over 20 years) or pillows and coupons (for mattresses from 10 years to under 20 years).
 

- Customers with 5% coupons will have discounts based on the gross value of goods (taxes included) when buying via the KYMDAN product distribution system.
 
- 5% coupons are valid through December 31, 2010. Accordingly, the deadline for accepting coupons from representatives by the Sales and Marketing Department and branches is January 15, 2011. After this deadline, no coupon will be accepted.
 
- Coupons only apply to direct payments for purchase in all product distribution channels of KYMDAN nationwide.
 

- Each 5% coupon can be used to purchase up to 3 mattresses, 1 bed set (with mattress), 1 lounge suite set, 2 pillows, 2 bolsters with covers, mattress covers and sheets that are included. If customers buy pillows only, the maximum allowable number of pillows will be 5, regardless of specification.
 
- When any other promotion program is held in the form of discount by the company, customers may combine the discount rate of the program with 5% coupons.
 
- If customers are entitled to other preferential forms of discount (discount other than via company promotion programs), only the highest percentage discount applies in relation to all discount forms, including 5% coupons.


- If customers have two or more coupons, they may not combine discount value.  One coupon is permitted per purchase.
