On the 57th anniversary of the company’s foundation, representatives of KYMDAN Company presented 850 copies of the book entitled "Science and Technology of Natural Rubber” to libraries at universities throughout Vietnam, including Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, Ton Duc Thang University, Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry,  Ho Chi Minh City University of Agriculture and Forestry, Ho Chi Minh City University of Education, Ho Chi Minh City University of Natural Science, Can Tho University, Hanoi University of Technology and Vietnam National University, Hanoi.

The 500-page book is written by devoted scientist and entrepreneur Nguyen Huu Tri, Chairman of the Board of KYMDAN Company. The book demonstrates his sucessful research and application of science and technology to the latex production line of his company.  Mr. Nguyen Huu Tri wishes to help chemistry students, lecturers and researchers understand natural latex techniques in order to help make Vietnam the world leader in this field.

According to Associate Professor Le Van Tan, Phd., Vice Chancellor of Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry, this book is outstanding for its consolidation of rubber technology theories, including processing formulae, product preservation, manufacture and distillation of experience derived from actual production.

On this occasion, 160 scholarships worth VND 450 million were also awarded to needy students from three universities in Ho Chi Minh City, including University of Technology, Ton Duc Thang University and University of Industry. Each scholarship is worth VND 2.5-3 million.
