Established for the purpose of enhancing scientific and technical study and application in production, in order to product mattresses with predominant natures, KYMDAN laboratory has been equipped with globally modern equipment and machinery, specializing in natural latex study.

KYMDAN Laboratory has a staff of young and dynamic engineers and university graduates with good capabilities.

The Laboratory has four specialized divisions:

Material Quality Inspection Division: inspects the quality of production materials in line with the company motto“Products are top quality only when raw materials are top quality.”

• Product Quality Inspection Division: provides constant control of product features such as specific gravity, tensile strength, elasticity, anti-ageing and heavy metal content and ensures that top quality products are marketed.
• Physiochemical and Environmental Inspection Division: controls physiochemical and micro-organism criteria related to water sources for production, daily use, waste water, etc.
• Product Research and Development Division: to carry out all studies for product quality enhancement, production procedure improvement under modernization tendency, and to do other topical researches, etc

Highly capable and highly professional, KYMDAN Laboratory was honored on February 17, 2006 with certification related to the ISO/IEC 17025:2005 international standard set coded VILAS 207.
