The optimal firmness of KYMDAN natural latex mattresses helps
support a user’s spine in all sleep positions. To meet varying
customer demand for products having appropriate features, KYMDAN mattresses are
produced in three different levels of firmness:

Mattresses do not compress or develop hollow areas for
users weighing less than 70kg
Standard Hard (SDH) mattresses are suitable for regular use by
normal customers who range in age from newborns to adults and weigh less than
70kg (154 pounds).
Standard Hard mattresses have the lowest level of firmness of all KYMDAN
mattresses. Research shoes this firmness level to be suitable for consumers of
average weight. KYMDAN does not produce mattresses at softer levels because of
risks related to sagging of the spine that can negatively affect a user’s
health and negatively affect KYMDAN's prestige.

Mattresses do not sink or develop hollow areas for users
who weigh 70kg - 90kg
Special Hard (SH) mattresses are suitable for customers unaccustomed to
mattresses because they use floor mats or plank beds, for customers with minor
spinal diseases or for customers weighing 70kg - 90kg. (198 pounds).

Mattresses do not compress or develop hollow areas when
users weigh over 90kg
Super Hard (SSH) mattresses are suitable for customers with
serious spinal conditions, customers weighing over 90kg who stay in bed for
extended periods.
Mattresses of this type are also suitable for use in massage facilities.

Tolerance
The tolerance related to length and width of mattress products is ± 5cm according to the Statement of Quality Standards
for Products and Goods No. 01/2006/CSSGKD dated April 15, 2006 that has been accepted by the Branch Office of the Directorate
for Standards, Metrology and Quality of Ho Chi Minh City Department of Science and Technology and based
on the Acceptance of Statement of Standards No. HCM-00530/2006/CBTC-TDO dated April 19, 2006.
The actual maximum tolerance of the product length and width is ± 3cm.

Open sponge structure allows air circulation and gives aeration and cooling
sensations to a user’s back, regardless of climate conditions. KYMDAN
mattresses have a structure of interconnected air bubbles that creates aeration
via natural air circulation. Large square holes on the mattress base surface
and round holes on the mattress top surface help increase aeration by adding
surface contact area. (KYMDAN mattresses were called KYMDAN Ventilated Latex
mattresses before 1975). This structure creates a suitable distance between the
load bearing axes at the mattress base to help distribute evenly the support
force applied to the body of the user.
This very important invention was made during the initial establishment of the
KYMDAN mattress company. However, production interruption after 1975 caused
KYMDAN to lose industrial design copyright for this invention.

Packaging and delivery:
Upon
product counseling, bare KYMDAN mattresses are always presented by our sales
staff to you so that you can visually check and feel the products directly.
Upon delivery, if the mattress cover is ordered, the covered mattress in PE bag
with KYMDAN logo (or in paper-board box with KYMDAN logo printed thereon,
applicable for KYMDAN Special Deluxe) will be delivered.

The delivery staff is responsible for the transportation and
locating the mattress on your bed and reclaiming the PE bag to avoid the
fraudulent cases carried out by illegal competitors, in which the bags with
KYMDAN logo are re-used for other mattresses of lower quality and cheat the
customers with fake products. In case the bought mattresses are not yet used,
KYMDAN’s packages will be left with the customers to assure cleanliness and
avoid contamination for the products.
Recommendation: Once in demand, you should buy KYMDAN
products at our official outlets or agents. In addition, you should form the
habit of checking the mattresses in bags directly, this is specially required
when KYMDAN products are bought at any mattress shops not included in KYMDAN’s
distribution system.
