REQUIREMENTS RELATED TO USE OF KYMDAN LATEX MATTRESSES

Do not expose a KYMDAN mattress to direct sunlight. If a mattress must be
dried, remove the spread from the mattress to allow aeration and natural
evaporation or direct a fan toward the wet surface of the mattress (see details).

Do not wash, wipe or iron on the mattress.
-
Do not spill gasoline or other chemicals on the mattress. Provided the mattress
has not been exposed to sunlight, KYMDAN still honors its warranty if a
mattress is damaged and becomes rotten due to urine absorbtion.

Do not place the mattress near a heat source or heat generating
equipment.
-
Do not place the mattress on a bed in which the distance between wooden slats
is more than 3cm.

Do not apply any form of force of more than 200kg /dm2 (square decimeter) on
the mattress. To test the mattress, lift and twist the material at the base of
the mattress. There should be no tears or scratches on the materials and the
mattress should not release particles (see the
illustration)

Do not forcefully remove massage nodules from a KYMDAN Massage mattress.

When a mattress needs to be rolled, place the base inwards and the surface with
round holes outwards.
Note:
To avoid imitations and fraudulent substitutions, please check upon receipt the
warranty number and KYMDAN brand name on the side of the mattress.
Show your warranty card if your mattress requires maintenance. In case the
warranty card was lost, KYMDAN still carries out warranty obligations, then the
warranty period is determined basing on code information made on the mattress.
How to install the mattress correctly:

the mattress on a flat surface such as a bed or floor with the mattress base
surface (with large square holes) down and the mattress top surface (with small
round holes) up.
How to Handle a Wet Mattress:
A KYMDAN mattress that is affected by baby bed-wetting should be treated as
follows:

Place a dry towel on the wet area of the mattress and press downward using the
palm so that the towel absorbs wetness. If the mattress is very wet, repeat the
same action several times using other dry towels until the mattress is
relatively dry. Sprinkle talcum powder (baby powder) on the mattress to produce
a pleasant smell. Place a dry soft towel on the mattress before laying a child
on it.

For a mattress that is not in regular use, remove the bed spread to allow air
circulation and allow the mattress to acclimatize by natural evaporation for
several hours (subject to climate and weather) or by fanning the wet mattress
surface for about half an hour until the mattress is completely dry.

It is strictly prohibited to dry a wet mattress using direct sun
exposure.

KYMDAN mattresses are not compressed and have no sunken or hollow areas.
The mattresses have high elasticity and completely return to initial shape and
size.

| HOW TO PUT ON THE MATTRESS COVER: |
| |
- Step 1: Turn mattress cover inside out.
- Step 2 : Start with onecornermattress, place the cover on that corner and then flip cover.
- Step 3 : Do the samefor theother corners.
- Step 4::
- Two handsholdingtwo edgescollarmattress, keep in mind notgrip ontothemattress.
- Place one hand underneath whilst holding onto the cover, pull the cover right over to the end of the mattress.
- Note:
- Hold, pull the cover slowly over sections of the mattress until the mattress is completely covered.
Be careful not to rip the latex mattress. Please ensure you put the cover on one corner at a time.
- If there is more than 1 person putting on the mattress cover than please follow the above instructions.
- Step 5: Pull the two fabric edges together and pull thezip.

| HOW TO REMOVE THE MATTRESS COVER: |

- Step 1: Remove the drawstring on the mattress.
- Step 2:
Hold onto one end of the mattress cover and slowly pull the cover off to the other side of the mattress.
Note: - Hold and slowly drag the mattress cover off from section to section of the mattress until it’s completely removed. Whilst pulling the cover off be careful not the tear the fabric.
Ensure that both parties are synchronizing movement before commencing on pulling off the other end.
- If there is 2 people pulling off the mattress cover, make sure that both parties are standing
on the same side and follow the instructions as above.

CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS FOR OLD KYMDAN MATTRESSES
The core of the Kymdan mattress can be cleaned.
|
A. KYMDAN MATTRESS IS USED BY THE ENTIRE FAMILY: Rarely becomes dirty. Therefore, to clean mattress just change the sheets regularly.
The mattress cover can be replaced approximately every 5 years (see instructions on how to wear and remove the mattress-covered).
But if other people have used the mattress, you should follow the above cleaning instructions before use.

B. THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR CLEANING THE OLD/USED KYMDAN MATTRESS, PLEASE FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS BELOW.

- Usea soft clothand wipethe stain clean. Repeat until stain is removed. Do not rub too hardas this may damage the mattress.
- To dry use a dry toweland place on wet area,pushdownfirmly toabsorbs the moisture (similarly, if a child bed wets the mattress please do the same thing)
Either allow the remaining moisture to evaporate naturally or place a cool fan to quicken up the process.
Do not under completely wash/soak the mattress then dry it in the sun or place in dryer or use an iron to dry the mattress as this will damage the mattress.

Sprinkle a thin layer oftalcum powder(talc depoudre) this powder is generally used for minors.
Talcum powder is used to absorb excess moisture, deodorise, make the surface aread nice and smoothe whilst eminating a pleasant frangrant. |

“MAKING A BED" WITH A KYMDAN MATTRESS
KYMDAN now faces severe competition and it is rumoured that KYMDAN mattresses are so
heavy that making beds is problematic and the mattresses are not suitable for use in hotels, This rumour is completely groundless. Please refer to “Making a bed” to learn the truth about how KYMDAN beds are made in some hotel rooms:

USER GUIDE FOR KYMDAN LATEX PILLOWS

Do not expose pillows to direct sunlight.
Put pillows in airy and flat areas. If pillows need to be dried, remove inside
and outside pillow covers. Let covers dry naturally or use a fan on wet
surfaces.

Do not wash or bleach pillows.
-
Keep pillows away from petrol or chemicals.
-
Keep pillows far from heat sources. Do not use pillows as pads for ironing
clothes, etc.

Do not in any way expose the pillows to pressure of more than 85kg/dm2 (square
decimeter) such as by attaching the pillows to an air vent or by cutting or
tearing the pillows.
Some notes when using pillows:

How to hold pillows: Pillows are highly porous and need to be held firmly. Do
not hold by the edges because that may cause pillows to tear.

How to put on pillow covers: Hold the cover opening with one hand and insert the
pillow with the other hand. In order to avoid scratches, do not hold the edge of
the zipper to pull along the side of the pillow .

How to remove pillows from covers: Insert your hand inside to take the pillow
out and avoid scratches caused by the zipper.

How to use the zipper: To avoid scratches, lift the zipper above the pillow
before closing or opening.
USING A KYMDAN BED

suite mattress.

the warranty upon receipt.
Present
the warranty when the lounge suite is serviced. Keep the warranty carefully in
case there are further changes in designs and covers.

USING KYMDAN SPREADS, BLANKETS AND COVERS
To maintain bright color and durability of products

If a mattress cover needs washing, do not soak it for more
than 30 minutes in soap or detergent solution.

For colored cloth, do not use soap or detergent having high
bleach content.

Do not expose cloth to direct sunlight. Keep the cloth in a
shady area.
-
If exposure to sunlight is required for sterilization, the
inside of the cloth should be exposed to sunlight and only for the time
necessary for drying.

Do not rub cloth strongly while washing.
-
Do not iron by using temperature that is too high.
-
If possible, soak the cloth in an alum solution for about 60
minutes before use and rinse the cloth with clean water.
