GENERAL FEATURES

Kymdan foam mattresses are pale cream or pale pink, contain all Natural Latex in a foam form, and do not contain any synthetic latex. In particular, Kymdan mattresses are a single block of natural latex foam (not just a thin layer of latex foam on the surface like other mattresses); hence, they can provide better comfort.
A light, pleasant fragrance.
Sponge, mousse enables the mattress to be soft, strong, unmeltable, unflattenable (deflection) or degraded by time.
The optimal elasticity of Kymdan natural latex mattresses helps support a user’s spine in all sleeping positions. To meet varying customer demand for products, that have appropriate features, Kymdan mattresses are produced in three different levels of density:

Foam Density Level 1 (SDH):

With a foam density 175-200 kg/m³, these mattresses are suitable for regular use by the average customers who range in age from newborns to adults and weigh less than 80kg (176 pounds).

Mattresses of foam density Level 1 have the lowest level of foam density of all Kymdan mattresses. Research shows this foam density level to be suitable for consumers of average weight. Kymdan does not produce mattresses at softer levels because of risks related to sagging of the spine. This can negatively affect a user’s health and Kymdan's prestige.

Mattresses do not compress or develop hollow areas for users weighing less than 80kg

Foam Density Level 2 (SH):

Foam Density 180 - 210 kg/m³ mattresses are suitable for customers unaccustomed to mattresses because they use floor mats or plank beds, for customers with minor spinal complications or for customers weighing 80kg - 100kg (176 pounds - 220 pounds).

Foam Density Level 3 (SSH):

Foam Density 190 - 220 kg/m3 mattresses are suitable for customers with serious spinal injuries or illnesses, especially those who are bedridden for long-periods during treatment. This mattress density is also suitable for user weighing over 100kg.

Measurement Uncertainties

The Measurement Uncertainties related to length and width of mattress products is ± 3cm according to the Statement of Quality Standards for Products and Goods (with additional statement on September 09th, 2014)

Open sponge structure allows air circulation and gives aeration and cooling sensations to user’s back, regardless of climate conditions. Kymdan mattresses have a structure of interconnected air bubbles that creates aeration via natural air circulation. Large square holes on the mattress base surface and round holes on the mattress top surface help improve aeration by adding surface contact area. (Kymdan mattresses were called Kymdan Odorless, Ventilated Latex mattresses before 1975). Such structure creates a suitable distance between the load bearing axes at the mattress base to help evenly distribute the support force applied to user's body.

Kymdan is the only company in the latex mousse industry in Vietnam that publishes detailed technical parameters of product quality on our website. There are many latex mattress sellers in the market claiming that their mattresses have similar product quality with Kymdan mattresses. PACKAGING
Mattress is packaged in a lightproof Polyethlene (PE) plastic packaging that is a solid color grey. The opening of the packaging is double folded and closed securely with tape.	Mattress is packaged in a 5-layered carton box, with the Kymdan name printed on the box and secured with straps. The carton box will have information on the mattress product inside, a warning sticker and safe transportation guide.
PRODUCT DELIVERY
When delivering, the delivery staff will place the mattress directly on your bed at your request. The PE packaging will be collected by Kymdan to return to the company for proper disposal, to help with environmental sustainability. In case you have purchased a mattress but do not wish to use the mattress immediately, our staff will deliver the mattress with all the proper packaging to ensure the cleanliness of the mattress and avoid dust contamination of the product. Please note: the mattress should be stored laying flat, do not fold or roll the mattress. When you receive your mattress product, please directly check the mattress within the packaging, especially when purchasing a Kymdan mattress that is not one of Kymdan’s official distribution channels.	For international markets, Kymdan Company uses a courier service to deliver products. For the safety of our customers, we do not deliver Kymdan products to your room, but only deliver to your door. You should not package a Kymdan mattress by yourself and hire a separate courier service to ship the mattress from Vietnam to the USA. Many shipping companies wanting to cut down on expenses will intentionally (whether with or without your knowledge and agreement) remove Kymdan's packaging and repackage the mattress/es by rolling, folding, compressing, and squeezing to reduce storage volume during shipping. Such conditions will cause damage to the mattress after extended periods and can cause odor contamination from other products stored together during shipping.
